Thumbzup More than just a payment platform
Business profile photography – Thumbzup was founded in 2011 with the purpose of making card payments easy for Small and Micro Enterprises. Today Thumbzup has grown to be a market leader in providing enterprise mobility and payment solutions to tier 1 retailers in South Africa and Australia. In 2012 Entrée Capital, an international venture capital firm comprising of ex-founders, took a majority shareholding in Thumbzup.
In 2017 Saul Gorin took over as CEO. Saul is an experienced Executive having spent 13 years at UCS Technology Services/BCX and 15 years with Engen/Mobil Oil. Thumbzup has a global presence and are domiciled in the UK. Thumbzup have sales and support offices in Cape Town and Melbourne with their head office in Centurion South Africa.
I had the opportunity to do a business profile shoot for them at their Centurion office.
