CTIA graduation Leriba Lodge
It was time for the CTIA graduation again. Leriba Lodge in Centurion was the chosen venue for this year’s event.
Certificates, trophies and other rewards were already displayed on the table. Graduates, family and friends started to take their places under the grass roof of the ‘lapha’.
Thank you again to DC Pieters Photography for the opportunity to stand in for them. Dirk Pieters left for a videography trip to Mozambique that morning. Have a look at his work – Loopgraaf Films!
My studio lights were set up and I was ready for the shoot.
“CTIA stays abreast of industry requirements and the demands that are placed on new employees, which mean that we know what young, aspirant chefs need to, succeed in the ever-expanding global hospitality environment.
Starting your career with a strong foundation will stand you in good stead as you enter and progress in this industry. Being a trained chef opens doors to a culinary path filled with diverse opportunities; from food styling and food writing, to working in catering companies, hotels, restaurants or cruise liners – or launching your own business. The possibilities are endless.” CTIA
CTIA’s three state-of-the-art campuses are based in Pretoria (Centurion), Cape Town (Stellenbosch) and Durban. Each campus is fully equipped with training kitchens, administration offices, a student relaxation area, secure parking and free Wi-Fi.
Graduates received their certificates, degrees and awards with pride. Parents looked on with big smiles and posed for photos after the ceremony. Eats and drinks were enjoyed. To soon their big day was over and the graduates departed to take on the world of the working class.
I wish them all success in their endeavours.
